Should you request a change to the event date and/or venue after an Agreement has been executed, SweetCakes will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the requested change. However, all accommodations are subject to SweetCakes' availability and are not guaranteed.
If SweetCakes is unavailable on the requested new date or is otherwise unable to accommodate the requested changes, the Agreement shall remain in effect, and the remaining balance shall be due as originally contracted.
